You strive for an efficient, well-oiled machine, and that’s exactly what the kitchen is, thanks to your prep. Everything from chopping, breaking down, cutting, weighing, mixing, washing, storing, unloading, readying – you play a vital role in the kitchen’s day-to-day routine.

We’re always looking for talented and passionate cooks to join our BOH family, and accurately prepare the many dishes’ guests have come to know and love at Flanigan’s.

You help usher guests to their tables, manage the flow of seating, field inquiries, and greet people on the way out, just as nicely as on the way in. Flanigan’s is committed to keeping the cleanest house around, and it falls on our entire team to make our restaurants look and feel clean on the inside and out. You’re a key piece of the puzzle, taking great care to make sure every single thing is cleaned and sanitized to the highest of standards. 

Our bartenders are life-of-the-party, gregarious Rockstars, who know most of their regulars by name.  It’s a “Come One, Come All” family-run restaurant, and we welcome people from all over for great food, great drinks, and great fun. We serve continuously from open until late night, and we’re a home away from home for many Floridians.
