Multi-Skilled Commercial Carpenter

We are seeking a hardworking and versatile Carpenter who takes pride in hands on work across all phases of construction, from structural framing to high quality finish work. This individual will play a key role in our projects, supporting a variety of tasks including metal framing, door hardware installation, and wall cladding. The ideal candidate is physically capable, comfortable using basic digital tools for logs and reporting, and flexible with work hours to meet project demands.

Work Environment

• This is a hands-on, active role in a restaurant, or outdoor worksite. (Miami-Dade, Broward and occasionally Palm Beach County)
• The company provides personal protective equipment (PPE) for required tasks. 

• Framing & Drywall: Wall framing and install various wall cladding systems.
• Doors & Hardware: Expertly hang doors and install commercial-grade locksets and door closers. 
• Equipment operation: Operate and tend to various hand and power tools as directed by a supervisor.
• Finish & Paint: Perform high-quality finish carpentry and professional-grade painting/touch-ups. 
• Rough Work: General site prep, structural tasks, and moving heavy materials/objects as needed. 
• Safety and compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Prior experience in a construction environment is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in commercial carpentry (restaurant or retail construction preferred)
• Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Physical ability including but not limited to standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting and carrying heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
• Basic reading and communication skills.
