Overview

Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering phone calls and fielding them out accordingly, addressing visitors questions and needs and providing an overall welcoming environment.  This also includes performing administrative duties.

Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and welcome quest as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure area is clean and presentable
  • Kitchen and bathroom areas are stocked with necessary materials
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone call
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

Qualifications

 

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, Front office receptionist or similar role
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
